Personal Projects: the rundown.

Just because you all find me sooooo fascinating. I'm going to give you the self indulgent rundown.
Just as everything was calming down after Notariannigate 08, (the thrilling saga in which two producers on a three producer show suddenly decided that NOW is the time to do 5 pieces on a 3 piece schedule, hilarity ensues) things are suddenly picking up all over again.

On the Home front, Masha has finally moved in. It's domestic bliss. She does my hair in the mornings. We are cute.

Turning to the work desk we're doing all sorts of crazy things. For National Day of Listening I did some nice little pieces on art and community and 75 bajillion pounds of turkey. Also in honor of NDL I got my mom to tell me one of her crazy "I didn't grow up in the states" stories.

Coming up I'm doing a week long series about environmental degradation and rehabilitation. were calling it "Superfund!: the musical".  Audio after the jump.

On the side, the production team of Klien and Gorman (aka Words and Waves) is chugging along right now were getting into youth broadcasting, dinosaur wars, freelancing about dan deacon and generally awesome stuff. Project count is at four, updates with publication.

Beyond that Megapolis continues to loom, y'all should come. Aaron Henkin is making fake relationships for this presentation. I'm helping! I get to make the fake relationships booth.
